What you get

You get a complete page to describe your property, Including up to 20 pictures FREE. The words and pictures will be all yours. Our only requirement is that pictures must be high-resolution (min 600x400px) and in landscape format.

Your property page will use the Brittany Cottages Sales standard layout, although slight variation may be necessary depending on the amount of material you provide. The layout used for La Peignardiere is a good example; it has good pictures and there is enough script to fully describe the property.

How it works

You may wonder how we can make money because nothing is for nothing. Our system is simple, if we get an enquiry about your house we copy it straight to you in an e-mail. You then reply to us and we copy your letter back to the prospective purchaser. This then continues until the possible purchaser wishes to make an arrangement to view your house. By now they have all the info you can offer, so they are genuine visitors not just lookers, they are genuinely interested in your house and every effort has been made to stop time wasters.

At this point we arrange a time for them to visit your house. When all this is done and the appointment is made we ask that you pay our arrangement fee of 25 Euros via Paypal. On receipt we send you the email address of the people, their telephone number and any other information we have that may be useful to you. This is then the time to make personal contact with them via telephone to offer directions etc. By working in this way we hope to reduce your visitors to only genuine visitors, thus saving you time and money and effort.

You save money

It does not take a lot of working out to see that if you have as many as 20 prospective visitors and one of them buys your house you will still have saved a considerable amount of money when compared to paying Agency's Immobiliser fees that can range from 2% upwards to as much as 7-8%. As an example:- house price 150,000 Euros Immobiliser fees @ just 3% for a sale 4500 Euros, against 20 visitors from us with a confirmed interest in your house with whom you have already had personal contact if you get a sale at an acceptable price to you then the cost's would be only 500Euros thus saving 4000 Euros and if your house is more valuable than our example the saving is even greater.
